We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All items marked down 40% off or more and clearance sale items are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund.

All Off the items valued $5.99 or less and hijab value sets are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Zayaan New York offers easy exchanges. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. Shipping fees may apply for exchange.
